Congratulations

This summer's Association of Accounting Technicians examinations produced consistent success for Kenneth Easby & Co candidates
Sam Gibb

Sam Gibb and Laura Anderson both passed the Intermediate stage and will now continue to study for the final Technican stage to become qualified Accounting Technicans.

Sam joined the firm almost immediately after leaving school and has worked throughout in the Bedale office. Now responsible for payroll matters, Sam works principally for partner Colin Hutson.

Laura joined the firm less than one year ago and has shown steady progress in her professional work and studies ever since. She works principally for partner Robert Dunning in the Bedale office.

Chris Barker passed Foundation stage of the examinations and will now commence the Intermediate stage whilst continuing to work for Robert Dunning in Bedale.

The partners are pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Sutcliffe at Bedale office and Faye White and John Sneddon at Northallerton office following the satisfactory completion of their probationary periods.

Charity Quiz

No less than six teams from Kenneth Easby & Co took part in the recent HSBC Charity Quiz held at the Lodge at Leeming Bar helping to raise significant funds for local charities. Top performers were Ken "Greymatter" Graham's team who finished third beating Colin Syer' team by one point.

Ten Pin Bowling

Two teams from the firm attended the Teeside Society of Chartered Accountants Ten Pin Bowling event at Teeside Park. After a hectic competition the teams finished in a creditable third place overall. Congratulations to Andrew Dixon who came third in the individual event.
